This camera has a lot of potential and when it works the video is great. Unfortunately I ordered three and two don't work. With both, you turn it on, start recording (either with the button in the top bar or via the nice WiFi app) and the camera itself stops recording after 4-6 seconds. Subsequent write runs may or may not work. I contacted support and tried updating the firmware and a couple of U3 rated memory cards but no improvement. One works fine, the other two come back. When that is settled it will be a great little camera. Added 10/3: If you want reliable video from the buttons of the camera, use firmware 1.2.0. Do this: Turn on the camera (3 beeps). After a few seconds, press the big button to start recording video (you will hear a beep). After 2-3 seconds, press the large button again (2 beeps). Next time press the big button. it reliably records video for as long as you need it. If you don't follow this procedure, your video capture will fail after a few seconds and you won't hear an audible indication that it failed.
