Shipping was fast and the hair was well packaged BUT it is not crocheted hair as advertised. There are no knit loops. This is curly hair. So I braided my own hair for the installation but left the perimeter at the edges for custom styling. As a result I got 2 different patterns. I had to do too much manipulation to twist them, resulting in shorter curves than I wanted. In addition, from all these manipulations, the hair becomes too curly. I had to throw a few away because I was trying to separate them into smaller twists along the edges. This is not possible because the hair is not designed for this. I don't wear my ears, I wear them in a bun. I am not happy! Of course I bought 2 sets so I have a few extra. So if you're using this for a custom box braid (or twist) setup, great. The hair is blonde and the 1B/27 I bought was great. Odorless, no irritation. But it's not knitted hair. You will be wasting your money if you buy this to use as advertised.
