After too many cases of overweight luggage on flights, I decided it was time to buy a portable luggage scale. I can easily weigh my luggage at home, but it's difficult when I'm not at home. Most US airlines have a fixed limit of £50, so I don't want to go over it (and I have to rearrange my bags at the airport check-in counter). Although I have no comparison, I like this luggage scale very much. . It is very light (2.6 oz) and small (5" long, 1 1/4" high and 1/3" thick). Most importantly, the scale works as advertised as I have used it with different Tested weights and it was accurate. They measure in pounds and kg (with a limit of 110 pounds. It comes with a battery (CR2032) although you will need a small screwdriver to change the batteries. It comes with a User manual supplied but it is very easy to understand how to use In the future I will be taking this scale on all my flights!
