I'm new to this type of device so I don't have any past experience to rely on when comparing it to other devices, but this matrix switch basically works without any complicated setup. , my monitors only work up to 1080p and this unit works great with them, but as I don't have 4K monitors I can't speak to 4K performance, has been running 24/7 for many weeks now, no issues at all. Assuming it continues to work as well as before, I will be buying more of these. Some advice: As I see a lot of 8K devices, be careful when choosing new HDMI devices. Some older HDMI switching devices do not support high resolutions above 1080p or 4K, so please carefully check the device specifications to ensure it supports the full resolution of your monitor before selecting a device for the Super HD service.
