Just bought another set
Bought to help organize new kitchen drawers. I had to read several comments before I could get it to work. There were no springs or screws in my box. Maybe they have a new product update? I used a tiny eyeglass screwdriver to press on the small round pin and it popped out and the clip popped open. Scared me a little. Then during the second I was able to increase the pressure so it wasn't as sharp. Although the rubber plugs diverge, the spring is taut and works great for my 24" box. I'm very happy with it and have just ordered another set.
