I have healthy, thick, wavy, virgin hair. I had been using my old shampoo for a while and knew I needed to change it up to revitalize it so I gave this one a try. I also struggle with dandruff, which is why tea tree oil is a supplement I add to every shampoo I have. Hoping that the conditioner would help, I soaked my hair in this substance and let it sit while I washed my body and then rinsed with cold water like I always do with conditioner. The tangle didn't stop at all so I had to add what I needed. There is little left of my old air conditioner to make it usable again. However, by the time I finished rinsing my hair, my shower drain was completely clogged with hair that I had rinsed out that ONE time. Don't do it again; Sticking to famous brands from now on!
