Good idea, can use theme extension.

BH concept; However, the design still needs to be worked on. The flange holes are not narrow enough to actually support the flanges enough to aid in suction. I had to constantly adjust/rework mine while pumping. I use Pumpin Pals silicone flanges so it's quite annoying to fix when they lose suction. Will return. Also, it doesn't work very well. I'm 36DD and the sizing chart says medium, I made it larger as I'm tall in most bras and luckily I did, it was still tight (I had to use the strap extenders provided).
