I gave this 3 stars because I want the drain holes to protrude further into the pan, about halfway through the pan. Also on the set I bought the rough side of the holes is on the outside where my fingers will scratch the holes more easily and the smooth side faces the rim of the pan, I want to see the smooth side on both sides. Also the handle doesn't seem very stable, yes I used it. And it worked better than the plastic I have, which only has plastic bits from time to time and doesn't hold up well in the pan, but this one hugged the pan better, yeah! I just hope the handle doesn't break. I like the Silva too, but it seems like every time I wash off the silicone they look oily or something the next time you take them out to use. Well I really like that they are stainless steel. Please go back and make them a little wider. And try to make the handle and the block in one piece.
