This phone has poor audio quality when using the handset or speakerphone.
Poor phone sound quality when using handset or speakerphone. It's also supposed to work well for people with hearing aids, but it doesn't. My father, who wears hearing aids, was very dissatisfied with the phone because of the poor sound quality. Can we return it and get a refund? If yes, how do we do that?
- Large buttons for easy dialing, large font for easy reading and high volume for comfortable listening
- Cable is shorter than other buttons
