When I received it, it smelled horribly of chemicals. Since they are very similar to stocking material, I decided to hand wash them in the sink. You can usually mix and match different color tights, which is what I did with these. The black tights are completely faded to white and beige. I immediately separated and removed them. I've never been able to get black out of white by hand and machine wash them instead. So be careful!
