cuts cheese of all sizes
It's on the bigger end of the cheese cutter but I like it. I can easily handle stones and wedges of different sizes. My only complaint is that it doesn't quite cut through. I still have to break off a piece of cheese (if it's a harder cheese). But my friend has one where the wire touches the cutting board but still doesn't completely cut through the cheese in the middle of the brick.
