Review on 👞 Crosshatch Gray Whitmor Over The Door Shoe Shelves - 26 Sections by James Ortega

I like the look of the product, that's why I give it 2 stars. I couldn't give it 5 stars because it had 3 thin hooks that could support the bag when it was empty but not when you started filling it with shoes. It has 26 compartments for 26 pairs of shoes, which I really like as it has really helped organize my closet. The problem is that within 30 minutes of filling the bags the hooks bent and it fell off. I had to be an engineer, get the staples from my garage and tape them to the previous shoe rack's door hangers and thread the thin hooks that came with the bag through the length of the entire product and tape them. In the other direction. It was a task I would not have had to do had the proper suspension hardware been in place. I also had to tape the bottom of the bag to the closet door to keep it from wobbling and interfering with my closing the door. Not the look I was looking for but it had to work. :(
