Review on 🔬 Advanced Semiconductor Analyzer with Curve Tracing - PEAK Atlas IT (DCA Pro) by Marco Mooney

This is a great tool for quickly identifying a component type and evaluating its functionality. I use it for a quick check when removing a component from a parts box (also confirms pin identification). The build quality is good. The instructions are easy to understand. A good product. I'm happy with that. Too bad it doesn't work for in-circuit testing. Although I understand that this is a "big request". In-circuit testing has many more variables for such a tool. Although many years ago I had a battery powered Micronta in-circuit transistor tester that used an oscillator circuit and a potentiometer to find the sweet spot. This saved a lot of time troubleshooting boards when they wouldn't turn on. Maybe PEAK will come up with something.
