I have a hard time finding pants that fit my niece. She is 16 years old but she is 4ft 4in and plump. I don't want her to dress like a 9 year old so I always had to buy pants that were too long to fit around her hips. I ordered them when I was 20 and they fit her SUPER when I bought them and stretched while she gained a few pounds. They are not too long because they are tight around the ankle like "skinny jeans". Will buy them again
