Works as it should.

That's an adapter. They screw onto the COAX connector on one side and plug into the RCA connector on the other side. It's hard to screw up. They arrived quickly and work as they should. Use them to transmit the COAX audio signal from your TV to a headphone adapter with COAX decoder.
