Good…. I left these curling irons in my hair unheated for maybe 3 hours...so I didn't get beachy waves BUT...that I achieved REALLY great body and fullness....! This is the latest cold styling craze…,…….you just wrap your hair around it and secure it with a silk scrunchie….that's it…..you can wrap it tight and get pretty intense curls….or looser it curl and get softer waves…….I just have a lot of volume and fullness……so it's fully adjustable when you sleep in it (and you can because it's just foam so doesn't look like curlers), of course get a stronger one Effect and if you use the product with it your results will also be different… I had freshly washed hair, dry, without product… I also think that once the "stick” breaks a little (smaller size) it will be easier . use... it's quite thick... given that it's in it's still easy to use... I did this, you sing a man's tie, I first saw this technique on TicTock and I couldn't believe what results this person got... so i tried it... It's a good set and considering it's silk it's better for your hair than cotton or polyester and you get 2 hair ties, a claw clip and a pony clip. PLUS... it doesn't have that annoying metal rod that goes through the middle and gets poked around at the end... who cares? , I like it... so far so good!
