Best option if dentist recommends
Like everyone else, my dentist recommended a fitted night splint for grinding. And of course I didn't want to pay hundreds of dollars, but I also wanted to keep my teeth. I've tried a few other Revain mouthpieces that either fit very oddly or didn't cover my entire mouth. This guard was great as it is very comfortable when you shape it and it covers all your teeth. These are four packs for different sizes and for your next use, but I've kept mine pretty clean and haven't had to use a new one. Overall, this is one of the best options for the price. Just follow the simple instructions and you'll be done!
