Update: The company replied to me and partially refunded my money. It was good working with them. Most colors have good texture/softness. But 4 colors were so hard that they could not be used (white, light pink, medium pink, mustard yellow). They practically broke when I tried to knead them. And so far at least one has been so soft (red) that it didn't retain its shape after 2 minutes of inactivity. I had to constantly change shape and even use plastic knives to hold it. It was still spreading. I finally got it to work by adding a slightly different color and massaging it until some of the moisture evaporated and it held its shape. I emailed the company 2 days ago and still haven't gotten a response from them. I will be using more of these in the coming days and will update my review.
