I have tried many brands of kinesiology tape but keep coming back to this brand because of the overall cost and quality. I usually only use knee bands for 2 hours when there is a lot of kicking and sweating in karate. It has never let me down and I have been using the band for over a year. I prefer tape as it allows the patella to move naturally rather than wearing a kneecap/sleeve. Removing the tape isn't too bad for me personally, although some hairs are ripped out. Two thumbs up!
