Suggestions: Use oven mitts to remove from the microwave, it will get hot! Use a bowl or something that can be microwaved with a light weight to prevent runaway. Serve in a separate bowl. As many reviewers have pointed out, the doors don't stay closed, so I covered them with a bowl of Corelle after getting rid of the occasional grain after a messy start. I tried my microwave's popcorn setting (the display showed 1:15) because I was too lazy to look up the suggested time. This still left me with a lot of core, so I did a no-no and put the unextracted cores back for another 1:30 with great results. Got about 4 cups of popcorn which I mixed with butter and snow caps and thoroughly enjoyed - I don't want more so this is the perfect portion for me. Easy cleaning. Not bad not bad!
