I installed a ninja set and rope swing and my seven year old boy didn't like it much though he loves jungle gyms, playgrounds, monkey fences, swings, etc. This dad is pretty disappointing! Then I spotted this swing and thought let's try it. Even though we have a lot of trees, we don't have a single good, thick horizontal knot to hang it on. I pulled a ratchet strap between two trees and hung the swing from it. This actually works well and gives the movement a slight bounce. My son really learned how to make him fly and often he goes out and spends 15-20 minutes doing it. He likes it very much. So, that's a 5 star rating.
