It costs absolutely nothing. The batteries arrived dead and did not charge when attached to the base. The phone could not be connected to the landline. The plugs were incompatible sizes. The chargers supplied with the power pack do not match the device. A pathetic piece of crap. I spent 3 days getting this to work and went to local phone shops to see if I could get compatible parts: as a gift for my mum, waste of time and money. I'm not completely stupid, I make my living from computers and gadgets and a local technician confirmed that the connectors and chargers are not compatible in size and voltage and said that instead of virgin they gave me parts and parts from " refurbished" or returned goods, something like "mix & match"
