First on one of my joysticks I had to repair the joystick for a long time, maybe a few months ago. I have most colors so I only use the ones that work. I take care of my switch and the joycons I have. Only one of my joycons had a problem and it was a drifting man, the left joycon was just doing its thing and there was nothing I could do about it so I went and found this kit. All I can say is I'm glad I have my left joystick working like new now. The metal latch is a plus and the person holding them makes the pair of joikons you installed it with appear extremely solid and it was paired. I wish I had bought this sooner. I like to change joycon covers/covers from time to time just to change the look and this kit helped me with everything I needed to sort things out. There is no way I would buy another set just to have some left over.
