I like the fact that they are a small business as they keep it simple and easy to use. The customer support is top notch. They will do everything in their power to help you if you ask for it. I dislike having to pay for every minute of usage but this isn't something that can be changed without changing the company's billing model which may not be the best way to go about things. This is a great service and I have had zero issues with them so far. We've been very happy with this solution thus far. It has helped us reduce our costs by allowing us to save money on phone calls.
