I had heard good things about thesee belts so I wanted to give them a try. I already have a good figure I just wanted to lose the baby belly. I'm a size 13 and I got a large it fits perfect. In 2 days I already see a difference. Neoprene is supposed to melt the fat off when sweating . I wore it around 8 hours each day. It also gives great back support when standing or working out. I'm very pleased
- Can be adjusted for optimal fit
- The waist trimmer may not be suitable for those with a history of low blood pressure
