I would like to start by saying they are VERY soft and seem to be very well made. If you encounter any problem, contact the company, they will help you! I had to contact them and they responded quickly and were so kind and helpful. The next thing you should know are the best pillowcases I have ever bought. Bought second set! They don't feel cheap. They don't smell like chemicals or anything like that. There were no protruding threads! Very nicely packaged. I am very happy.
