IN MY EXPERIENCE, THIS WATCH IS THE WORST PURCHASE AND WORST TECHNICAL SUPPORT/CUSTOMER INTERACTION I'VE EVER HAD FROM AMAZON WITHOUT ANY QUESTIONS. I WILL NEVER BUY ANY PYLE PRODUCT AGAIN OR BUY ANYTHING FROM DEALSBUY2015 AGAIN. If I could give this product ZERO stars I would. I have mine a little over 5 months old. MY EXPERIENCE: 1. The watch came with a dead battery. 2. Many small electronic devices including watches that require 3V batteries have an easy access battery replacement door. Not so with this watch. There are 6 tiny screws and at least one side of the strap that need to be removed. Once inside, another incredibly small screw needs to be removed. Luckily I had the right tool. I think most people wouldn't do that. Payle Technical Support Guide; Take it to a jeweler to have the battery replaced. This is a sports watch, not Cartier. 3. The anemometer is not even close to professional equipment and is measured in the same place, including the height. 4. Enjoy reading this clock in daylight; it is almost impossible. Taking the time to find shade when time is of the essence is certainly not ideal. 5. At the time of writing this article, the watch face is NOT registering any values. The battery has been tested and found to be excellent. A new spare battery has been installed, but the values are still not visible. I know the battery is working because the alarms go off randomly for periods ranging from a single beep to a continuous beep until a key or key combination is pressed. 6. Calls to PYLE TECH SUPPORT were always answered by an answering machine but never received a call back. They close at 3pm on Fridays and are closed on weekends. 7. The DEALSBUY2015 seller only replied that he would not refund or exchange. They told me to call Pyle for a warranty repair. i did this Once again I was greeted by an answering machine who cut me off before I could leave a message. I wouldn't buy it again, but maybe you've had a different experience. Much luck.
