I love it! I bought this because I don't really like the gyms in my area. So after debating for 3 weeks I finally purchased it took about an hour to assemble it. Finally started to use it now I use it every other day for 40 minutes to an hour. It's sturdy holds up and let's me go as fast or slow as I want and all different variations ( on the ball of feet, heels in or full forward) I definitely get a workout. Ran into one issue after a couple of weeks it did start getting a little loose and squeaky but that can be tightened up. So instead of paying for a membership at the gym that I never use I invested in this and is the best thing ever! The price is amazing and the size is perfect for a small apartment (rental).
