Hi All, I have provided a product image to compare the connector to another one I have so you can see what I am trying to show. The product looks good but I know I will always struggle with this because no matter where I connect it to the handle it will always lose and it wants to fall all the time. I need to install it somewhere it can't move, although I don't think I should do that for it to do what I need it to. For example when traveling and at Starbucks, at school or any other place I want to charge it, it always seems to get me into trouble. So I would suggest finding another one I would not recommend buying this product from.
