Review on RapidInspect by Andrew Schobinger
Very good program and great Customer Service!!!
I like that it is easy for my mechanic's shop, or any other business in need of an inspection system with me being able to access everything through our computers easily! It has not been anything bad about this software so far but we have had some issues when trying out new features which could be fixed if they would just listen more closely at their customer service department instead giving us answers as "we don't know" all too often!! We are solving problems by having better control over what needs inspected now than before where you were only given vague information regarding your vehicle needing work done etc..
Pros
- Very user friendly
- Easy interface no complicated menus needed..simply click/drag around until satisfied.
- The way items can pop up once checked off helps keep things clean looking without clutter from unchecked boxes everywhere else; very helpful during inspections (like oil change) since there will always seem lots going into vehicles these
