Air Freshener Dispenser Starter Kit includes 2 white dispensers and 3 replacement leaf nozzles. The dispenser and refills are easy to use and install with no need to insert a key to open the dispenser. I don't understand why you have to use the key to unlock the dispenser. In my opinion, it seems pointless and uncomfortable. I used lemon scent for my kitchen and it honestly smells like dish soap. I was hoping for a nicer scent. I haven't tried the other two flavors Mango and Tropical yet. The starter kit also includes stickers that allow you to attach the dispenser to any surface. All in all, a decent air freshener dispenser starter kit.
