everything was sent quickly and exactly as in the photo. The only "issue" I had was the amount of mat drop. I'm pretty sure there's a little booklet that says everything she's going to shed and that's fine. Before the newborn shoot I used this for, I had to use a rattail comb to comb out excess material and then burn the edges of the base to stop it shedding. Looked good in the photos
