Don't let the reviews put you off, no hacksaw required - repeat, DO NOT CUT posts. I installed this to sit between the corner of the tub and the ceiling. The box contains two sticks of the same length and one short. Use a shorter pole and just one pole - THIS IS THE trick to an easy install. Once assembled, simply place the top of the rack in the corner of the ceiling, push down until it reaches the corner of the bathtub, and slide the bottom of the trolley toward the back of your bathtub corner. My basket is sturdy and works great - I recommend L-shaped baskets for more space and to be able to turn bottles upside down when empty. Watch out for the baskets, one more. I didn't get it and ended up on top with him. It's ok, but I'd prefer it to be the bottom basket.
