, no instructions. Trial and error was required to figure out what the three separate HI/LO switches controlled. Secondly, there are NO beeps when dialing a number, which can lead to errors and/or confusion. Most importantly, the hands-free function is almost useless. Once you answer the call, you CANNOT switch between handset and speakerphone. In speakerphone mode, even on the HI setting, the volume is so low that you can't hear the caller unless the room is absolutely quiet, and even then the caller sounds like they've got a mouthful of cotton balls in their mouth. The caller also reported that my voice was barely audible when the speakerphone was on. It also says it can be wall mounted, but wall mounting requires modifications and the necessary short connecting cable is NOT included. On a positive note, the seller, Blue Donuts and Revain were 100% cooperative in taking the order. Return for a full refund. Appearance and construction seemed ok. NO ringer ON/OFF switch. Has NO TONE/PULSE switch. If you plan on putting it on a desk and never using speakerphone, I think it's fine.
