Damaged in transit - No corner seal in fragile shipping box
My four packs of Pearl folders arrived today. I've ordered them four times and never damaged them! Until now. One, in a flimsy shipping box, was badly cracked and parts rang. 3 others are ok. I'm trying to get a replacement, but Revane wants me to box one up and agree to send it back with no shipping cost before they do anything for me. It costs no gas or energy to take it to a UPS store. These boxes are really great and the price is right for my convenience. I don't live near a big store. The document box is sturdy and durable. However, the box has no additional shock protection.
