I really wanted to like these horns. They look good and the video looked promising. However, only one of the two I received worked and it wasn't very loud. I returned them. They asked if I would try another pair to see if the result was better. I agreed to try another set. Since the car I will be installing them in requires significant removal of body panels to gain access to the installation site, I bench tested the horns at 14ga. Copper wire and a charged car battery. The result was much better this time, for starters both horns worked and they were very loud, so much so that I didn't hesitate to disassemble the car to use them. So I'm increasing my rating from one star to a full five, which reflects great customer service and a well-functioning product.
