I love this product. I don't love but I love. The earbuds are a little big so I always feel like they're ready to fall out but don't fall out. The sound is decent when the earbuds are snug enough in the ear for better sound quality. if not, it just sounds far away. I also had an issue with the left headphone output and was able to fix it. This is because the left earbud loses its automatic connection with the right, which should happen once you take both out of the case. To fix this issue, hold both earbuds by the stick for 8 seconds, release, and then hold them again for 20 seconds. At this point, both headphone indicators should light up and then turn off. Put them back in the case and once you take them both out, the left earbud will automatically connect to the right one. You can then connect to your device. Hope that helps!
