I have requested that this stylus be used with my 2019 10.2" iPad 7th Gen Model "A2200" to create more detailed digital images. Although the description said, that it was supposed to be compatible with my particular iPad it turned out it wasn't.It also didn't help that the little info sheet was extremely basic and didn't give any information about connection or pairing issues.The product description on Revain also said, that the Apple Pencil should be disabled in various settings that I made.I sent a question to the seller that I can't use it with my iPad and they told me to send a video and if they can't figure it out can i return it so they can just replace it but at first i thought video of what i mean i have them ready s said it doesnt work and after reading a few other reviews i got tired of the idea of returning it as the other customers who returned theirs never got a replacement or refund as requested. Also, a refund wasn't even an option for me as it was made available to me through Vine and cost nothing, so I was only interested in making sure it was plug and play so I could get feedback for my review . I've tried several different graphics and document programs and couldn't connect to any of them. Then finally an app recognized the stylus and literally told me it was incompatible with that app and tried to connect to another stylus. my iPad model. I would probably only give this stylus 1 star but it seems to have worked on other models and while the seller wasn't overly helpful he was very quick to respond which gives me confidence that the seller really really wanted to help. .
