Two stars for several reasons
Cons: #1. 75% of the hardware was lost, the hardware package was almost empty. #2. The support team didn't respond. #3.I went to the hardware store and spent 20 dollars to replace the lost hardware. #4.My son engineer spent more than 2 hours figuring out and putting it together. He said it's a lot harder than Ikea. Ikea usually has the same size screws, but this one had several different sizes. He had special tools that he used. #5.There were some "imperfections", it looked like the chair was in use. Pros: I didn't send it back because it cost several people money and time. The chair itself looks good and I will use it.
