Works very well, but do you really need it?
I bought this wonderful product right after I bought the PDA. It connected straight away and I dialed into my Earthlink account with no problems. I don't think it could be easier. Only thing is I've only used it 3 or 4 times. What's the point? Pocket IE works fine but the view is too small. It's cool to be able to surf the Internet with your Pocket PC, but that loses its cool pretty quickly. Now a cellular modem would make sense, but it's much more expensive and requires an additional monthly fee.
