When I went through my kitchen to get rid of old kitchen appliances that I never use, my old wooden rolling pin was no longer good. It accidentally stuck to the dough and was painful to peel off. In the months that have passed since I got rid of it, I've started baking a variety of baked goods - mostly flatbreads and bagels. Instead of a rolling pin, I used a glass bowl. It sucks. I was making flatbread again the day I got this in the mail. I can't tell you how much nicer it was to use the rolling pin and the washing up at the end of the process was to die for. 10/10 recommend this item!
