The team was extremely helpful in their process of choosing what would be most appropriate with our needs/budgetary restrictions while also remaining within industry standards when it came time to choose components from other vendors (eCommerce plugins).

They were able solve any issues that might have arisen during implementation which I valued greatly so we could hit ground running without having technical problems arise after launch! Communication between myself as an owner & project manager / client representative has always been excellent through email or phone calls - they are responsive but not pushy nor overly sales oriented at all times even though there may sometimes seem like its necessary due to deadlines being met before others can finish tasks given by them if needed via emails etc.. We've had no complaints regarding customer service thus far although minor things did occur occasionally where communication wasn't perfect however nothing major enough such us billing mistakes occurred.
