These succulents look real from above. Once placed in the arrangement, no one could tell them apart. There was a wide range of sizes, from small to quite large, and the price was better than going to a craft store and buying them individually. I needed a few more so I went to my local craft store and spent the same amount for 3 as I did for this whole set. I had to cut the bottoms off of a few as my planter was very shallow, but a pair of wire cutters did the job. Bolt cutters are not needed as I have used them on other projects. I would buy this again and maybe I need succulents in another range if I decide.
