Review on 🥪 Insulated Lunch Bag for Adults - MIER Large Cooler Tote Bag for Men and Women, Double Deck Cooler (Black) by Jamel Ochoa

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Won't buy again - Guaranteed by Schmarranty

Update: After posting my first review and talking about how the grip worked so soon after we received it (within a few weeks of inconsistent use) anyone from the company posted a message in response to my review saying there is a guarantee. You have provided a link. Link does not work. I replied to point out that the link is broken. No Answer. Good luck getting a response from customer service. So much for the guarantee if you can't get anyone to answer. I downgraded my rating to 1 star not only because the handle is torn and this bag doesn't really seal (according to the description but the description is wrong) but also because of the difficult to access promotion of the warranty. Also, if you contacted me but didn't respond to my reply, I consider that to be some problematic customer service skills. ---------------------- ----- I bought this lunch bag for my fiance. The handle is made of ballistic nylon covered in hard plastic. This plastic cracked down the middle after the first month of use. I wrapped it in electrical tape to keep the plastic from pinching my hands. It was disappointing. Otherwise it's a decent lunch box. It can hold a lot. One of the drinks I packed for him spilled one day and he was soaked with water. The moisture is definitely gone. The insulating lining retained so much moisture that it started to smell of mold. I had to go to incredible lengths to dry it completely. The liner also had to be disposed of. In any case, the lining was very thin, so its absence didn't matter much. I'm assuming this strengthened the bottom a bit. I would NOT buy this lunch box again because I've had better ones that were easier to clean and didn't break in a month.
