Well built overall, definitely helps load things up on my desk. I didn't use the phone/tablet stand because it's too far away and it's no problem to just leave the phone next to me. You're unlikely to find a better surge protector this small and with a desktop clip for the same money unless you throw the UL rating out the window and risk buying a cheap fake. The orientation of the USB ports is "upside down" compared to what you see on a computer. Not doomsday, just weird. Although the ports are rated at 3.1A, they don't use any of the new fast charging standards, so my phone gets a lot longer charge from them.I usually just plug the OEM charger into one of the AC outlets.A USB-C port would also be a welcome upgrade/addition.
