Review on Kitory Utility Knife, 5 Inch Fine-Edge Kitchen Knife, Sharp German High Carbon Stainless Steel, Full Tang Pakkawood Handle With Gift Box - Metadrop Series by William Sanchez

My new favorite!: my feedback

Y’all. Stop thinking about it and just get it. I ordered the Nakiri knife and I honestly couldn’t be more thrilled with it. Razor sharp, excellent rocking motion for quick chopping, perfect weight. It’s my new go-to for vegetable prep, replacing the chef’s knife I’ve been using for the last eighteen years. It fits in the knife block of my name-brand set perfectly and looks similar enough to them that it blends right in (typical black with silver). I like it so much that I’m going to order the Santoku next.

Pros
  • It is an ideal tool for making paper-thin vegetable and fruit slices
Cons
  • The handle can be too slippery for use with wet or greasy hands
