Review on 🚿 Experience Luxury with Kingston Brass KX8221 Claremont 12-Inch by 12-Inch Shower Head in Polished Chrome by Janet Edwards

The shower head looks great and we thoroughly enjoyed it for about a year until we heard a loud bang and instead of a rain shower it was a plump jet. Although the website says the product has a 1 year limited warranty, the packaging says 5 years so I tried contacting Kingston Brass. Suffice to say it was a less than pleasant experience. First they told me there was no guarantee. When I pointed to the 5 year warranty box and asked what it covers, I was given the faucet warranty text. This was followed by another email stating that there was no 5 year warranty. Extremely unpleasant. In short, we really liked the shower head (when it worked) and ended up buying another one. However, IMO Kingston Brass's customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
