I bought these shoes because of the price and because they came with triangular spikes. Shoes look new and fit as expected. The shoe box looks like it was run over by a truck. It's okay if everything else is fine, right? Well the boots came in a ziplock bag with the original used ripped bag, used instructions and parts. 2 out of 6 washers do not fit in spikes! So I think it is clear reusable packaging and this company packed all the parts in a ziplock bag and sent it to me. This is careless, reckless and a sign of a company that doesn't take pride in the quality of the product they deliver to their customers. I'm disappointed. . The sad thing is that I saw some other reviews that showed the same problem.
