The first open one can be old or fake
I always buy these locally for the main room in the Basement, helps with pets. I decided to buy them from Revain for convenience. I connected the two like I always do and got to work. Came home and didn't smell at all. I've checked the new plugs and they're warm as always, but the smell emanating from them is so fake you almost have to put your nose right up to the plug plugged into the wall to smell anything. Hopefully it was just an anomaly and the first one I ordered was bad. I have requested an exchange for all of them just in case. I will update the review as it comes in
