Review on Zaptic by Matthew Perez

The platform is very easy to use with all employees being able get up-to speed easily without having any training or assistance from management! It also allows you as an analyst/scrum master (or even just someone who would like some visibility) access everything that's going down in your organization so it can be used for learning purposes too! I wish we could have more customization options but this system does exactly what most companies need - provide transparency over issues within their teams at scale across departments & geographies.
